Usability Study: Parameters

Usability Study: Findings

Discovery:

  • Categorize the interest list alphabetically to enhance convenience and streamline navigation

Insight:

  • Maintaining security by including a password option on the sign-in page

Enhancement:

  • Adding a feature to allow users to either "choose the companion" or "return to the previous page," providing flexibility and personalized interaction

I incorporated an option to the contact page allowing users to either “choose the companion” or “Return to the previous page”.
